Studio & portfolio
Studio & portfolio
Buried Games Studio specializes in game development and interactive experiences — multiplayer games, trivia apps, social deduction games, interactive installations, AR/VR experiences, and web products, built with Unity, Unreal Engine, and modern web technologies like Next.js.
Our portfolio includes Nabsh (an online trivia game), KoutQ8 (a digital version of the traditional Kuwaiti card game Kout), Power of Bombs (a multiplayer arcade game), Arrab (a real-time social deduction Mafia game), Luna Fantasy (a web RPG), and Gathered by the Light (a pixel-art adventure) — plus client work like Up The Beat, the interactive floor game we built for Heinz's "Up the Taste" activation in Kuwait.
Tech & platforms
Tech & platforms
Yes. We design and build sensor-driven installations for malls, exhibitions, and brand activations across Kuwait and the GCC — interactive floors and step-on games, kiosk experiences, prize systems with stock tracking, and IoT-driven games where physical inputs control an on-screen game. They are engineered to run unattended for weeks: kiosk-mode auto-start, automatic recovery, offline-first operation, and swappable spare parts. Our latest delivery is Up The Beat, an interactive floor game with seven pressure-sensing lit circles, built for Q&R Media Services as the centrepiece of Heinz's "Up the Taste" activation in Kuwait.
Yes. We build augmented reality experiences — AR apps, WebAR campaigns that run from a QR code with nothing to install, and AR product visualization — and virtual reality games, training simulations, and virtual showrooms for Meta Quest and PC VR. Both are built on Unity and Unreal Engine, the same engines behind our games, with Arabic-English bilingual support as standard.
Yes. We build modern Next.js websites and web experiences, plus real-time dashboards, admin panels, and internal tools — the control room behind a product or campaign. Our multiplayer games run on live data and real-time infrastructure, and we bring that same engineering to business dashboards, with bilingual Arabic-English interfaces throughout.
We build with Unity, Unreal Engine, and modern web technologies like Next.js and NestJS, depending on the project's scope, genre, and target platform.
Our games span web browsers, mobile (iOS & Android), and PC. Web titles play right in the browser, while PC releases go out through platforms like Steam and itch.io as well as direct download from our website.
Working with us
Working with us
Buried Games Studio is a remote-first studio rooted in the Gulf, working with clients across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. We collaborate remotely so distance is never a barrier to building a great game together.
There is no single price tag — cost depends on scope, platform, art style, and whether you need multiplayer or live operations. A small mobile prototype and a full cross-platform title sit at very different budgets. Tell us what you have in mind through our contact form and we will scope it honestly and give you a realistic estimate.
Yes. We are a game development studio serving clients across the GCC, including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. We work remotely with studios, brands, and entrepreneurs throughout the region from concept to launch.
Yes. We design and build games with full Arabic language support and right-to-left interfaces, and we understand the GCC market and its players first-hand — KoutQ8, our digital take on the traditional Kuwaiti card game, is one example of culturally rooted work.
