What the starting price covers
The starting price is for a focused scope: one game mode, one platform, one art style — a playable prototype that proves your idea is fun, for example, or a branded mini-game for a single event. Most full games land above it. How far above depends on the four things below, and on the first call we will tell you which of them your idea touches.
What moves the number
Four things decide where above the floor a project lands. They are worth knowing whoever you hire, because they are what separates a quote from a guess.
Scope
The count of distinct game modes, screens and rules — not the length of the wish list. Two features that share a system cost far less than two that do not, which is why scoping is a conversation rather than a checklist.
Art direction
Where estimates diverge most. A stylised 2D title and a realistic 3D one can differ by a multiple for identical gameplay, because the art is the volume of work — every character, environment and animation is made by hand.
Real-time multiplayer
The most routinely underestimated line. Online play brings servers, matchmaking, reconnection and anti-cheat with it, and those are architecture rather than features — they cannot be added cheaply to a game budgeted as single-player.
How settled the design is
The quiet one, and the one clients feel most. Building against a design that is still being argued about turns engineering into rework. A playable prototype that answers the fun question early is usually the cheapest thing you will ever commission from us.
How we quote
After the consultation we send a written scope and a quote for it. The scope is the agreement: what is in it gets built for the quoted price.
Payment is split into milestones rather than one lump sum — a first payment to start, then payments as the project reaches agreed stages, the last on final delivery.
Anything added after the scope is agreed is a change request, priced and approved before it is built, so the final invoice holds no surprises.
The free consultation
30 minutes on Google Meet, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00–17:00 Kuwait time. Bring the idea — the platform, the audience, roughly what you picture players doing — and you leave knowing what it would realistically take, roughly what it would cost, and whether we are the right studio for it. No obligation.
Pricing questions
Why publish a starting price instead of a price list?
Because a price list would be a guess. Two games of the same genre can differ by a multiple once art direction, multiplayer and scope are counted, so the only honest number to publish is where a quote starts. Everything above it is worked out with you, in writing, before any work begins.
Is the quote fixed once we agree on it?
Yes. The written scope is what we build and the quote is what it costs. Anything added later is a change request, priced and agreed before it is built.
How are payments split?
In milestones rather than one lump sum: a first payment to start, then payments as the project reaches agreed stages, with the last on final delivery.
